This project involved the reconstruction of Pitt Street Mall, one of Australia’s busiest and most cosmopolitan shopping precincts. The works included the demolition of existing mall through the removal of the old pavers and subgrade, upgrade of existing services including major changes to stormwater, preparation of sub grade and base for the laying of pavers, concrete works and other associated works. The redevelopment of the precinct has helped to reinvigorate the Pitt St Mall as the premier retail area in the City centre.
