Scope of Work

The project involved the reconstruction and backfilling of existing 2.5m wide diameter tunnels running under Queen Elizabeth Drive. The two tunnels were filled with sand generated from excavation beneath the exiting lower promenade.

Before excavation, CFA piling around the perimeter was needed. An approximately 2.5m deep excavation created a storage area, with an on-ground slab, block wall perimeter and ultra-floor slab ceiling.
