Scope of Work

Civil and Sydney Street Infrastructure Works is a five (5) year contract with the City of Sydney which started in October 2019. Works under this contract include multiple departments within the City of Sydney Council including:

City Greening & Leisure Division which transforms the existing streets and footpaths of the City of Sydney LGA into new greening areas providing more trees and planting to provide shade and reduce urban heat impacts.

City Projects & Property involve designing and constructing projects for Council infrastructure such as new cycleways, park upgrades, streetscape, and public domain upgrades. The works typically involve conventional stormwater and road construction; footpaths and pavements (granite, concrete, brick, and cobblestones); service upgrade including lighting; landscaping and street furniture.

Restoration & Maintenance is a continuous of various types of restoration throughout the City of Sydney LGA which involves; sawcut and demolish existing pavements; reinstate pavers (granite, concrete, brick & cobblestones); reconstruction of kerbs, kerb and gutters, footpaths of many different finishes; rigid and flexible road pavement reconstruction; line marking, street finishes (stenciling works) and signage.

Electrical & Lighting Division has delivered various type of design and construction electrical & lighting upgrades throughout the City of Sydney LGA which include replacement of sport field lighting (up to 40m in height); provision of temporary lighting; installation of electrical infrastructure and associated works (switchboards, conduits, cables, pits, foundations); and commissioning.
