Scope of Work

The project involved the re-construction of the City Square which included a variety of new finishes including concrete unit paving, exposed aggregate strips, timber stencil concrete finish, new street lighting upgrade including strip lighting, fairy lights and furniture lighting, regrading and surfacing of both Park Avenue Lane and Harbour Drive. QMC also installed stamped asphalt and Duratherm and carried out minor building works including cladding of the kiosk, new roof structure and grease arrestor and installation of seating and tables, shade structures, bollards, water bubbler and other items.
