Scope of Work

The Project involved the reconstruction of Notts Avenue to create a vehicle and pedestrian shared zone.

Works included the installation of a vehicular-grade post and balustrade system along the entire cliff side length of the road, stormwater and electrical services, kerb and gutter, street furniture, vehicular and pedestrian pavements, sandstone capping and retaining walls. Works also involved the construction of a cantilevered observation deck and landscaping works.
