Scope of Work

Maitland City Council engaged QMC Group to carry out upgrades to Queens Wharf which comprised demolition of existing dish drains and removal of trees, followed by earthworks to subgrade level.

QMC then constructed dish drains, flush kerbing, raised kerb and kerb and gutter, footpath and vehicular concrete pavements, finalising the upgrade with soft landscape including turfing.
The existing jetty walkway was extended, including installation of new timber treated piles, supply and installation of new timber decking and handrails with kick rails.
