The Project involved the streetscape upgrade to the Spit Road (East) including: a new bypass lane to service businesses along Spit Road; a new bus stop pull-in bay; new kerb, gutter and dish drain along Spit Road; new paved road and concrete footpaths; utility pit adjustment; a replacement piled boat ramp to the beach; and soft landscaping works.
